Refunds
Refund and cancellation policy
Nothing is for sale yet. This is how payments, cancellations and refunds are planned to work when paid plans open.
Draft for review, 2 November 2026. This page describes what the site and app do today. It has not yet been approved by Phill McComb or checked by a lawyer, and it may change before launch.
Today
Every Altitude takes no payments. Studies, Session 1 and the preview are free, and nothing will be charged without you choosing a paid plan and seeing the full price first.
When paid plans open
Paid plans (for leaders and churches) are for adults and organisations only. The full price, including any tax, will be shown before you pay, with no setup or hidden fees, and you will be told before any price change takes effect.
Your 14 days to change your mind
If you buy as a consumer in the UK, you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get your money back. Paid plans give you digital content straight away, so when you buy, you will be asked whether you want access to start now. If you agree, and confirm you understand that you then lose the right to cancel once access begins, the 14-day right ends when you start using it. You will get a written confirmation of this.
Cancelling a subscription
You will be able to cancel at any time, with no fee. Your plan will keep working until the end of the period you have paid for and will not renew.
Faulty digital content
If something you paid for does not work as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair, a replacement or some or all of your money back.
Gifts
Giving is not open yet. How to ask for a gift back will be set out on the Give page before it opens.
To be decided before launch
Whether Every Altitude offers refunds beyond what the law requires, and how to ask for one (a contact address will be published).
